I make songs and movies! Welcome to my support page! As an artist and follower of Christ, I have a responsibility to make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe everything the Biblical Christ has taught. I create works that point people to God's love and forgiveness found in Jesus Christ. I truly believe the life and teachings of Jesus are the answers to a nation in turmoil.
In the Beatitudes ( Matthew 5), we get a new attitude on the world and learn compassion even for our enemies. My whole series of creations leading up to the year 2020 stem from applying the Beatitudes to the real world situations, thus the name Be True, Become, Be Leave...etc came about.
In the teaching of Jesus, we learn to be fearless and to only fear God. We learn that God is sovereign and that suffering will be flipped on its head for those who love God and express it through loving each other.
I truly believe the work I create, and the life I live will, with God's help, bring a shift of perspective, encourage the faint of heart, and ultimately transform people to know and walk with the God who loves them.
Here you can support the transformative Kingdom work I'm doing by donating any amount. God bless you!
- Malan Jones
At the height of racial tension in the US, three artists take a personal journey across all America to discover timeless truths that bring a shift in their perspective. Journey with Malan Jones ( singer/songwriter), Seth Taylor ( Rap Artist) and Lawrence Webb ( Dancer /Choreographer) across all fifty states as they travel with the mission to become who they are in Christ.
Become Righteous is a movie honoring those who followed in the footsteps of Jesus and made a lasting change by practicing non-violence during the civil rights era. "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 5:10)
Jesus said the greatest among you will be your servant. Many ask " what does it mean to make America great again?" Well in the eyes of Jesus it means servanthood - that's why the president of the US and those who serve under him are called public servants. This movie reminds us that being great is following in the humble footsteps of Jesus.
